Yes! We are appointment based as we want to ensure a relaxed experience for all our brides, and provide our undivided attention. During your appointment you will have the full use of our boutique where you will able to try on the dresses you like with a trained consultant in a private setting. This is also the case for our shoe and accessory appointments.

No, we cater exclusively for the bride, with wedding gowns, shoes and accessories.

Our wedding dress appointments are an hour and a half. Which provides plenty of time to browse our collections and try on a number of wedding gowns. Our accessory and shoe appointments are 30 minutes.

Yes, we have a €20 appointment fee for our wedding dress consultations, that we take at the point of making your appointment over the phone. The fee is redeemable against a wedding gown if you are to go for one with us. The consultation fee provides you with up to an hour and a half private appointment with a trained consultant who will work with you to understand your style, wedding and budget to find your dream dress. We have worked hard to create a comfortable and relaxed environment in our boutique and we want to keep it that way. However we are a very small business, and last-minute cancellations or no-shows do affect us badly. However, if you fail to turn up for your appointment or cancel less than 48 hours prior to your appointment, the fee will not be refunded.

Our new designer wedding gowns start from €700 and can go up to €3700. We also have a selection of sample gowns that we sell off the rack with prices starting at €350. With our original vintage collection, they can start at €150 and go up to €1000 depending on age and condition. Our shoe collections start at €200 and can go up to €375.

We advise ordering wedding dress a minimum 8 months prior to the big day as most gowns take up to 6months to arrive to our boutique from the day of ordering. Don’t have 8 months, no need to panic many of our designers offer a rush order service for a fee.

This is a tricky question as it very much dependent on your personal shopping style, but we recommend starting 12months prior to the big day to give yourself plenty of time to find the style that best suits you. Remember this is supposed to be a fun experience so enjoy it.

Nude underwear is a must, black bra straps can be surprisingly distracting. We ask that you not wear fake tan or heavy makeup due to the nature of the fabrics in our studio.

No, we do not allow photographs while trying on our wedding dresses, for a number of reasons including the fact that the dress does not fit and therefore a photo is not a great representation, we ask you to focus on how you felt in the gown instead.

No, we do not carry out alteration instore, but we recommend a local seamstress we have a longstanding work relationship with. This seamstress is not employed by Bella Bleu and does not pay commission to Bella Bleu.

We cannot offer exclusivity on any of our gowns, but if you are a concerned a friend may be coming to visit the boutique after you have said yes to the dress, and you would like to take your dress off the floor for their appointment we are happy to accommodate when possible. We cannot reveal any information on our customers, as it is completely confidential, we will never reveal who has purchased a dress.
